I used Planet Cruise to sort out our holiday and, they made the whole thing easy. I had loads of questions about dates and cabins, and at one point I did wonder if I was overthinking everything or just being a bit clueless, but they replied quickly and never made me feel silly for asking. Really friendly service overall, and I’d definitely use them again.

Booked my cruise with Planet Cruise and had a couple of questions afterwards about the cabin and payment. Got through to support quickly, and the lady I spoke to was really helpful. Explained everything clearly without making me feel silly for asking. Also sent it all over by email, which was handy to have saved. Nice, easy service and would use them again...

I was expecting to have to fight for my refund like usual, because somehow these things always end up being my problem. But to be fair, they actually handled it without me having to chase them much. I’m relieved I got my money back in the end, even if I wish I didn’t have to worry about it in the first place.

I liked that the deal clearly showed what was included and what wasn’t. There was no weird surprise at checkout, which feels rare with cruise sites. I’d use Planet Cruise again for a next trip.

But once someone picked up, they really knew their stuff and got everything sorted for me.

I’m not totally sure if they were just really busy or what, but the reply took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge issue, though it did make the experience feel a bit slower.

I had a problem with the date on my booking, so I called Planet Cruise to get it fixed. I did get a bit frustrated waiting around on the phone, but once I got through, they sorted it out the same day. Really relieved it’s all fixed now, thanks.

Found it cheaper than the other options and booking was quick and easy.
